Going Vegan at Nooch (May 2023)

We’re delighted to have our Gen!us low-calorie craft beers on the menu at Nooch, a cool new bar and kitchen on Port Street in Stirling which prides itself on offering, “fantastic food with a comfortable conscious.” Both Gen!us IPA and Gen!us Craft Lager are vegan accredited by the Vegan Society.

Opened by chef James Leask in 2023, Nooch offers diners in Stirling a relaxed bar and kitchen with a great healthy and ethical menu. James says Nooch is “A place where anybody and everybody can gather together to enjoy wholesome, seasonal food in an inclusive and relaxing space. Share small plates with a glass of wine, a beer or freshly roasted coffee. Simple, seasonal and sincere. “

Nooch is not just for vegans. Whether you are looking for a coffee with cake, a drink with a snack or a selection of healthy plates to enjoy with a craft beer or bottle of wine, everyone is welcome.

Genius Brewing is on a mission to make healthier, moderate drinking a pleasure, not a compromise. Our light craft beers combine great craft beer flavour with less alcohol and low calories. We call it #SmartDrinking.

Co-founder Jason Clarke said, “We’re delighted to be on the menu at Nooch, Stirling’s first fully vegan restaurant. James has hand-picked his craft beer selection, focusing on quality and of course vegan accreditation. It’s great to see our Gen!us IPA and Gen!us Craft Lager alongside such well-regarded craft beers from Curious Brewery and Lucky Saint.”
