Age & Location Restrictions

Gen!us Club is only open to those aged 18 years or above and with a postal address on the UK mainland. Unfortunately, due to additional courier costs, it is currently not possible to offer Gen!us Club membership to those with a postal address in Northern Ireland, Shetland, Orkney, or the Outer Hebrides.

Pricing

By joining Gen!us Club you will receive an automatic 10% discount on our regular online price. Subscription prices:

12 pack: Lager, IPA, Mixed = £21.80 including delivery

24 pack Lager, IPA, Mixed =  £36.35 including delivery

Billing & Payment

Your Gen!us Club subscription is billed monthly from the date of your sign-up for a total number of 12 orders per year. Subscriptions taken out after the 28th of the month e.g. on the 29th, 30th or 31st, will receive monthly bills on the last day of the subsequent months.

Your subscription will continue until you choose to cancel.

Delivery

Your beer should arrive within 1-3 working days of your latest payment, delivered by one of our courier partners. If you have not received your beer 4 days after your latest payment, please email orders@geniusbrewing.com.

If after having joined Gen!us Club you wish to change your delivery address, you will need to cancel your subscription and re-subscribe with your new delivery address.

Covid

Due to Covid, it is not always possible for couriers to collect a signature when delivering your beer. By signing-up to our subscription service, you agree to accept delivery confirmation from a courier without a signature and agree that if your parcel is marked as ‘delivered’ or one of our couriers provides photographic evidence of such, this is adequate confirmation of delivery.

Promotions

All Gen!us Club discount codes and promotions are intended for single use by the subscriber only, unless otherwise stated, for example ‘Refer a Friend’ promotions. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Only one valid UK credit/debit card may be associated with any one Gen!us Club account.

One voucher usage per household. Your order may be cancelled without warning if multiple uses are made within the same household and any charges will be refunded. In the event your order has already been processed you may lose part or all of any delivery fee (where appropriate) to arrange return.

It is against our terms of sale to resell our discount codes or to purchase these from a secondary marketplace. Any codes that are suspected of being fraudulently acquired or used will be cancelled and invalidated. Please return these codes to the point of purchase and request a refund from the reseller.

Returns

At Genius Brewing, we take great pride in our products and our relationship with our customers. If you are not satisfied with your order, we have a 30-day return policy which gives customers 30 days to request an exchange or a return for a full refund of the purchase cost (delivery is always free). This policy applies to all orders from geniusbrewing.com. There are no ‘final sale’ exclusions.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be returned in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please print and include the original order receipt as proof of purchase.

Multi-pack orders of beer such as 12 or 24 packs may be returned if one of the cans has been opened, consumed, or found to be less than satisfactory. If more than two cans have been consumed by the customer, it will be assumed that the beer was satisfactory.

To make a return, contact orders@geniusbrewing.com. If a return is accepted, a return shipping label will be sent together with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Cancellation 

If you wish to cancel your Gen!us Club subscription, you can do so at any time by emailing orders@geniusbrewing.com. Please note that we require 24 hours to process your first order before you'll be able to cancel your account.

When cancelling your subscription and to avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, please give at least 3 working days’ notice before your next subscription billing date.
